Reception are enjoying meditating in class. We are focusing on our breathing and feeling calm. This is helping us to understand our emotions.
On Friday, we did yoga. We are very good at balancing and stretching.
We met with our Year 5 PALS to do some mindful colouring. We listened to calming music and concentrated on our patterns.
We’ve also made sensory relaxation bottles to help us feel calm when we need them.
